List your 2027 events, step by step

  1. Create your organiser account.
  2. Connect Stripe by completing Stripe verification once. It is required for paid events; free events can be listed without it.
  3. Create your listing from List Event with the same date, venue and details. Your progress autosaves as you go.
  4. Add your ticket types and prices, and choose whether buyers pay the fee or you absorb it.
  5. Check the readiness checklist and preview your public event page before it goes live.
  6. Publish your event and start selling.
  7. To check in people who already bought on Eventbrite, import their attendee export (CSV, including the Barcode # column) from your event's check-in page. At the door, scan the barcode on their Eventbrite ticket, or download a Stavlon QR pass link for each attendee and send it to them yourself. Stavlon does not email imported attendees, and cannot import or transfer orders from Eventbrite.
